Laser weld: Suitable for metal tubing components. Prevents wire fraying of the ends.
Step grinding: Centerless grinding of one or both ends to accommodate hypotube assembly.
Square cut: Cutting the ends through a grinding process.
Plasma weld: Suitable for wire rope components. Prevents wire fraying of the ends.
Assembly
Laser welding assembly is possible for our metal tubing components, including Torque coil, ACT ONE, Wire coil, hypotube, and other terminal component parts.
